There are tons of ingredients and ways to make homemade exfoliants. We've chosen one key ingredient, ground coffee, which has numerous beneficial properties for your health and beauty. Here are two recipes using coffee, which are so easy, you can make them in your bathroom at home.
We've said it once, but we'll say it again: there is no miracle cure for cellulite! Exercise and a healthy diet help, but most of all, massages, as well as specific creams and oils, such as our Skinny oil, applied on a daily basis. Any type of exfoliation will help reduce the "orange peel" effect. Coffee, our key ingredient, helps dissolve accumulated fat, reactivate circulation and has an incredible lipolytic effect.
Mix ingredients together until a uniform paste forms. Apply using circular motions to damp skin, massaging the areas with the most cellulite. Let it soak into skin for 5 to 15 minutes. Then rinse with water. Your skin will be noticeably smoother and super hydrated.
This recipe is both anti-inflammatory and astringent, and it deeply cleans your skin:
First, mix the ground coffee and sugar. Then, slowly add in the oil. If you don't use all the scrub, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to a week and continue to use it over the next few days.
After the exfoliation, your skin will immediately appear more luminous and hydrated. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend soft, delicate motions.
